In Bruce Lathrop’s dispute resolution practice, he has represented clients in appearances before the Superior Courts of California, the California Office of Administrative Hearings, the Court of Federal Claims, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and the General Accountability Office.  He has used alternative dispute resolution techniques whenever practical, either as lead litigation counsel or by providing strategic support to client settlement teams.  Representative matters include:
